Thai Spiced Apple Jelly
Mix with white wine, soy sauce and mango chutney to make a sticky glaze for spare ribs, or add a couple of teaspoons to liven up stir-fries.
Ingredients: Apples (prepared with 44g per 100g), sugar (total sugar content 35g per 100g), vinegar, red chilli, ginger, lemon grass, fresh coriander.
