Mint & Apple Jelly
A delicious accompaniment to roast lamb, or mix with a little white wine to use as a glaze.
Ingredients: Apples (prepared with 44g per 100g), sugar (total sugar content 35g per 100g), distilled malt vinegar, fresh mint (2%).
