Rosemary & Apple Jelly
A perfect accompaniment to roast lamb, or add a couple of teaspoons to enrich any lamb casserole.
Ingredients: Apples (prepared with 44g per 100g), sugar (total sugar content 35g per 100g), distilled malt vinegar, fresh rosemary (2%).
