This colourful traditional pickle is a wonderful accompaniment to cold meats and cheese.
Ingredients: Distilled malt vinegar, shallots, cucumber, carrots, French beans, sugar (total sugar content 9g per 100g), fresh ginger, red chilli, garlic, spices, salt.
